Blanc pour Champignons

Blanc for mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. butter
- juice of ½ lemon
- salt, pepper
- Cover the bottom of a saucepan with ⅛th of an inch of water, add the rest of the ingredients.
- Wash the mushrooms 3 times quickly, add them to the pan and let boil 5 minutes.
- To keep, cover with a buttered wax paper.
