Blanc pour Champignons

Blanc for mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • salt, pepper
  • water
  1. Cover the bottom of a saucepan with ⅛th of an inch of water, add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Wash the mushrooms 3 times quickly, add them to the pan and let boil 5 minutes.
  3. To keep, cover with a buttered wax paper.
