- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
- 1 tbsp. French cornichons or gherkins
- 1 tbsp. drained capers,
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chopped tarragon
- 1 teaspoon chervil.
- Mix all ingredients into mayonnaise.
