Great served hot or cold when fresh basil, tomatoes, and zucchini are in season.
This is the only salad dressing I use.
A typical Provence-style salad, Salade niçoise is composed of tomatoes, tuna, hard-boiled eggs, and Niçoise olives, dressed with a vinaigrette.
