Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- sauce Béarnaise
Instructions
- In a saucepan melt 2 tbsp. butter, add the tomato and tomato paste.
- Bring to a boil.
- Mix into Béarnaise.
