For broiled and roasted meat.
Ingredients
  • 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • sauce Béarnaise
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan melt 2 tbsp. butter, add the tomato and tomato paste.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Mix into Béarnaise.
