Ingredients
- 8 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 egg yolks
- pinch of salt
- 1¼ cup oil
- lemon juice
- warm water
Instructions
- All ingredients must be at room temperature.
- Add 2 egg yolks and a pinch of salt to crushed garlic cloves.
- Beat with wire whisk or electric beaters while slowly adding oil, bit by bit.
- At the end add a little bit of lemon juice and warm water
