Sauce Tartare

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. cornichons or gherkins, chopped
  • mixture of "fines herbes: made of parsley, tarragon, chervil, chives, all finely chopped.
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients into mayonnaise.
