Ingredients
  • 1 cup (225 gr.) sugar
  • ¾ cup water
Instructions
  1. In a heavy iron or copper pan bring the water and the sugar to a boil.
  2. Now and then brush the sides of the pan with a brush dipped in water to remove the impurities of the sugar.
  3. When the sugar turns an amber color dip the bottom of the pan in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking.
